Leaps and Bounds (Affording Hope Project) (3/28) (3/28)

PCOC will host a performance of Tevyn East's Leaps and Bounds at 7:00 p.m. March 28 in the Sanctuary.

This one-woman show is an Affording Hope Project circulating among faith communities and institutions of higher learning across the United States in 2010. Using storytelling, song, poetry, prayer, movement and music, this work sheds light on the driving factors of our ecological crisis while awakening the imagination to a new way of living with and relating to Earth. Grounded in theological reflection, this performance illuminates the quality of life available should we trust in God's abundance and adopt the practices of Sabbath Economics.
